Rdr1 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using rdr1's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rdr1 platform available through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the rdr1 platform operator. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Rdr1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access rdr1's full services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring the information provided is truthful. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Password Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rdr1 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately through the channel provided in your account. All activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility until you report any unauthorised access to us.
One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and their balances forfeited.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the rdr1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept deposits via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet and FPX. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated on the payments page.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and obtained through lawful means. Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Rdr1 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal. This process is in place to protect account security and ensure the legitimacy of transactions. Successful withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by the chosen payment method.
Any taxes, service fees, or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are solely the user's responsibility. rdr1 is not liable for any payment delays caused by third-party systems.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Platform Liability Limits
Rdr1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rdr1 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, interface design, and software — is the property of rdr1 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Services
The rdr1 platform may contain references to third-party services or payment providers. rdr1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Account Policy & Usage Rules
Account Suspension & Closure
Rdr1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions. This includes but is not limited to fraud, system manipulation, use of multiple accounts, or any unlawful activity.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, rdr1 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in the account concerned, subject to a case review by management. Users whose accounts are terminated on valid grounds are not entitled to recover that balance.
Prohibited User Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of rdr1's systems
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law
Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Rdr1 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect. rdr1's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
